Queen of Hearts

 1. All raffle tickets cost $1 each. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased. Tickets may be purchased immediately after the weekly drawing and up to 15 minutes prior to the next week's drawing.

2. Only one name per ticket. Include your name, contact number, and your CARD CHOICE (#1-54) LEGIBLY on the ticket and return it to the bartender to be placed in the drum.

3. Every Thursday at 7:30 PM, a ticket will be drawn from the tickets purchased that week. We will reveal the name and you will have 5 minutes to show up. Arriving after 7:35 pm you will be considered absent. No exceptions.

4. We will reveal the name on the ticket, and at 7:35, we will reveal the card number chosen. As the weekly winner, you are guaranteed at least $25. If your chosen card is the QUEEN OF HEARTS, you will win 90% of the Jackpot, with the remaining 10% rolling over to the next week's prize. In the event that you are not present and your name is drawn, and you are the QUEEN OF HEARTS winner, you will receive 40% of the Jackpot, and the remainder will roll over to the next week's prize.

5. If the QUEEN OF HEARTS is not drawn, the winning payouts are as follows:

Jokers- $100 Face Cards- $75 All other cards- $50

6. If you are not present for the drawing , you will receive only half of the amount and the other half will remain in the Jackpot.

7. Once the card is selected, it will no longer be in play. It will remain shown face up on the board. Each week after drawing, all tickets for that week's drawing will be destroyed.

8. The QUEEN OF HEARTS Board will be displayed at all times behind the bar at On The Rocks.

9. Janszen Hospitality, LLC DBA On The Rocks will take zero profits from this raffle

10. Any winnings over $600 will be issued a tax form. All winning players are solely responsible for any and all taxes.
